What We Train
Ball Handling
We break down every aspect of ball handling — pace, changing rhythm, and tight control. Good handles are really an expression of good movement, so we train it that way: not just stationary reps, but building into movement, more complex patterns, and fluidity.
Game Qualities
Turning practiced skills into real game performance. We use live play — often constrained, not full 5-on-5 — so you can work a specific skill without the game's full chaos taking over. That live play is also how we teach: it's where we break down game concepts, the IQ side of things.
Shooting
We work through every part of shooting mechanics, starting with whatever matters most for you — usually efficient energy transfer through the floor. We teach the why, not just cues like "use your legs": how to create efficient energy and direct it accurately to the rim. We train variability too — off balance, different angles, tempos, and reads — to build a more complete shooter.
Athleticism
We take our concepts from strength training onto the court. This shows up in how we set up and progress drills to train specific movements — like jumping and change of direction — to build real athleticism.

$100 for a 4-session package ($25/session)
Small-group basketball training (3‑6 players) that's a great fit for most athletes. A group means more live-play scenarios and more game-like reps to transfer the skills we work on, and athletes naturally push each other harder — an ideal environment for progress. Great if you already have a group who plays together (or wants to) — otherwise, we'll find the group that's the best fit for you, based on the groups currently running.
